J.&L. Mavilia, Inc. is a mechanical contracting company, providing government and commercial services since 1991.

Our experiences include Air handlers (installations, rebuilds, replacements, and modifications) Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, General Piping applications (orbital welding, weld pipe, PVC, CPVC, Copper, Stainless Steel, Underground Conduit, Steel, Galvanized etc.) Controls, Ductwork, Structural Steel, Metal Fabrication, Water and Air Balancing, Plumbing, Tanks, Demolition and more. Our business goal is to provide quality services at a valued, reliable, and safe performance with skilled union members.

Our corporation was founded in Upper Marlboro, Maryland and established on June 25, 1991.

J.&L. Mavilia, Inc. is a registered woman owned 8(a) organization since October 21, 2005 and has been a union company since 1991. Our places of performance include Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia.

All of J.&L. Mavilia, Inc.’s construction and service employees are members of the Steamfitter’s Union Local # 602. All Journeymen employees are U.S. citizens, Journeymen licensed, and have attended a 5-year Apprenticeship Program.

J.&L. Mavilia, Inc. is a member of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Metropolitan Washington (MCAMW) and also a member of CAUSE, the Mechanical Contractors and Union seal of excellence.
